THE VANTA GROUP EVENT CONSULTING TERMS

Effective Date: January 1, 2023

By submitting this form, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms with The Vanta Group (“Vanta”):

1. Services

The Vanta Group provides complimentary event planning and coordination services, including venue sourcing, vendor management, and logistical support for corporate events.

2. Fees

The Vanta Group does not charge a service fee. All event-related expenses (e.g., venue, food, entertainment) will be invoiced to the Client with full transparency, including copies of vendor receipts.

3. Payment

Client agrees to pay The Vanta Group the total invoiced amount prior to the event. These funds will be used solely to secure and pay third-party vendors. Payment is due within [5–10] business days of receiving the invoice.

4. Non-Circumvention

Client agrees not to bypass The Vanta Group and engage directly with any vendors, venues, or partners introduced by The Vanta Group for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction.

5. Liability

The Vanta Group acts solely as a coordinator and is not liable for the performance, cancellation, or conduct of any third-party vendor. Reasonable efforts will be made to ensure high-quality service and vendor reliability.

6. Termination

Either party may cancel this agreement in writing. Any confirmed or committed bookings made by The Vanta Group on behalf of the Client must still be paid in full.
